The interactive whiteboard has groups of objects in the form of numbers. Students must indicate which number is shown, and then they must count the number of objects. Have students write the number down and then check as a class.
Counting 1 to 20
Discuss the number line from 1 to 20 and show this to the students. Remind students that the numbers always go in this order and that as you count forward you move to the right. Each number follows the previous number.
